**ENGLISH**
Located on the waterfront, this beautifully maintained and bright 96 m2 apartment is quietly located in the Frederik Hendrik neighbourhood, on the edge of the Jordaan and Haarlemmerbuurt. The apartment is divided over two floors, has three bedrooms and a sunny balcony.
