This beautiful and characteristic entire building of 221.5 m2, spread over four floors, is located on one of the most beautiful canals in Amsterdam and features a spacious garden with a garden house and a spectacular view of the Westerkerk.
The historic canal house is divided into two apartments.
The double ground-floor house with a spacious garden, garden house, balcony, and three bedrooms, and the second and third floors with two bedrooms and a balcony.

Double ground-floor house (completely free from rent)
Upon entering through the private front door, the living room is located at the front. The living room offers a beautiful canal view through two tall windows. The modern kitchen with a stainless steel countertop is located in the middle of the house, together with the dining room. The kitchen, designed by Andres De Rosario, is fully customized and equipped with luxurious built-in appliances.
At the rear, large windows and double French doors provide a large amount of light and access to the garden. The extension, reached through the second sitting room, is perfect as a work or additional bedroom. There is a separate toilet here.
The green and sunny garden (southwest) can be accessed both through the kitchen and the extension with its French doors. Within walking distance of, among others, the Anne Frank House, the Noordermarkt, Negen Straatjes, and many restaurants and cafes. Central Station can be reached in an 8-minute bike ride, and from there, access to all public transportation and other roads is available.
