Very spacious, bright, and architecturally designed house of 222 m2 with 6 outdoor spaces, located in the family-friendly area of Zeeburgereiland with spectacular unobstructed views on the north side over the Buiten-IJ, the Markermeer, and Durgerdam.
The family home is designed with attention to detail, comfort, and finished with sustainable materials by the current owners (architects). At the rear, there is a green backyard separated from the kitchen by a sliding door.
On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with its own balcony and one with a beautiful view over the IJ. This floor has its own bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
On the second floor, you’ll find the living room with a wood-burning stove, high ceilings, and balconies on both sides, offering spectacular views towards Durgerdam at the front.
