63 m2 living
1 bedrooms
Upper house
**ENGLISH**
Lovely bright and spacious two-room apartment of 63,3 m2 with unobstructed views, located in the popular Frederik Hendrik neighbourhood, 1 minute walk from the old Jordaan.
The entrance is on the first floor and through the staircase of the building you enter the apartment on the third floor.
The living room is very spacious and is located at the front of the building. Because of the open and southern location, a lot of light and sunshine enters the flat throughout the day.
A partition wall provides a division of the dining and living areas, but still gives an open feeling because there is a walkthrough on both sides.
At the rear of the house is the bedroom with two large windows. This large bedroom was originally divided into two separate bedrooms and is therefore easy to split into a two- bedroom flat (see optional layout). The bathroom with walk-in shower is adjacent to the bedroom and receives light from the bedroom via a window.
