Moderne loft van ruim 143 m², verdeeld over twee verdiepingen, met hoge plafonds en enorme raampartijen, gelegen in een bijzonder historisch pand aan de Rapenburgerstraat. De loft ligt op loopafstand van Artis, de Hortus Botanicus en het Waterlooplein.

The building at Rapenburgerstraat 103 has a rich history. It was built in 1862 as a Dutch-Israelite charity school and was remodelled in 1890 by architect G.B. Salm into a Dutch-Israelite religious school for girls, when the current façade was created.
In the decades that followed, the building served various purposes, including a lingerie factory, a factory for work clothing and the mail-order department of a clothing shop. It later housed the Amsterdam branch of the Red Cross. Between 2007 and 2008 the building was thoroughly restored and internally converted into six apartments.
