The kitchen is situated on the lower ground floor and includes an extra-deep marble countertop, as well as access to the communal, enclosed patio. This level also houses a bathroom and an internal utility room with washing machine connection.
The first floor offers two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.
The top floor comprises the main bedroom, complete with ample bespoke storage, a freestanding bathtub, and stunning views over the water.
Between 2007 and 2009, the house underwent a meticulous and extensive restoration. Each original brick was numbered and placed back in its original position, in full accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch National Heritage Agency.
