Your daily tasks


  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and local networks in Blaricum & Laren.
  • Advising clients on the sale and purchase of high-end residential properties.
  • Managing property viewings and guiding clients throughout the entire process.
  • Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of DSTRCT in the region.

Requirements

  • A valid and active registration as a real estate agent/broker.
  • Proven experience within the luxury real estate market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local market in Blaricum & Laren.
