As our Freelance Real Estate Agent in the Haarlem region, you will be responsible for strengthening DSTRCT’s position in one of the most dynamic housing markets near Amsterdam. You will work closely with buyers, sellers and investors while representing the DSTRCT brand with a high-end and personal approach.

Your daily tasks
- Building and maintaining a strong local network in Haarlem and surrounding areas.
- Guiding clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties.
- Organizing and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers and supporting clients throughout the transaction process.
- Spotting opportunities in the market and contributing to business growth in the region.
Requirements
- A valid and active registration as a real estate agent/broker.
- Proven experience within the luxury real estate market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset.
- An entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent knowledge of the local market in Haarlem.
