Upon discovering an ancient finca on the vibrant grounds of Ibiza, the owner transformed the ruins into an immersive sanctuary for travelers seeking an escape and an opportunity to connect with their inner selves, family and friends.
Located just 10 minutes from Ibiza Town and 15 minutes from the airport, this serene getaway is right in the center of everything. Follow the straight dirt road to reach the location, which is easily accessible and close to top-rated restaurants such as the Oleoteca Ses Escoles and the Japanese quality restaurant Nagai. Also nearby is the Terra Masia organic farm, which is just a three-minute drive away and offers fresh and healthy foods for the entire family. Plus, don’t miss out on cocktails at Bambuddha or a quick stop at the Es Cruce supermarket, which is open six days a week.
Guests’ accommodations take the form of four sanctuary rooms, build using natural materials and are purposely stripped back to create spaces free from distraction. Earth, wood, and concrete are delicately combined with clay and sand to immerse visitors in a unique spatial experience, where nature and architecture interact almost seamlessly. The four spaces each come with their unique character and shape sized from 17m2 to 25m2, include a king-sized bed and private bathroom or access to the shower room. We provide a curated selection of well-being products by Ryoko and soft towels will be present in each sanctuary room.
Residence 22 is made for outdoor living in the Summer and cozy times inside during the off-season. This 4-bedroom house with a large indoor kitchen, dining area, lounge with fireplace, garden and pool offers you all the space you’ll need to come home, explore or wind down. The un-elaborate and laid-bare simplicity roots the concept and facilitates guests to wander the location whilst constantly being surrounded by nature. The sanctuary holds a an outdoor area of 20.000m2 with all sorts of fruit trees, chickens for fresh eggs and a large outdoor swimming pool.
