Designed and built in 1992 by architect Mart van Schijndel, this residence - known as the Van Schijndel House - represents a remarkable piece of cultural heritage. The ground floor also includes a bathroom and an extensive wellness area with, among other features, a sauna and steam bath.

The sculptural staircase forms the heart of the house and leads to the mezzanine on the first floor, overlooking the living space. Here you will find the primary bedroom and a second bedroom or workspace, both with direct access to the bathroom.
